PRD-815 achieves an extended and balanced spray pattern through the rational layout of the three-stage atomization zones of airflow, ensuring a perfectly stretched and elongated spray without voids.

2.Fine but Not Scattered:

Excessive pursuit of fineness can cause atomized particles to scatter and bounce back, reducing transfer eficiency. On the other hand, overemphasis on efficiency may result in coarse atomized particles. PRD-815 has been repeatedly tested and verified to balance both, ensuring the fineness of atomization while efectively controlling scatter and rebound. This allows the transfer efficiency to reach over 65%, meeting VOC regulatory requirements.

With the growing adoption of waterborne paints, achieving thinner yet stable coatings has become a major challenge. The thinner the coating, the more prone it is to atomization flow instability, leading to uneven paint distribution.
